Job summary

Betclic Group is seeking a curious and organised intern to join the Casino Games team in Bordeaux as a Games Delivery Assistant. You will support the Games Delivery Expert in coordinating daily activities to launch and maintain casino games across markets.

This role offers exposure to documentation, testing, and compliance in a fast-paced, international environment. You will learn how online casino games are prepared and delivered in a regulated setting, collaborating with Product, Marketing,

Qualifications

• Currently studying Digital Business, Project Management, Product Management, Gaming, Business Administration or related field.
• Interest in online casino games and how digital products are prepared and launched.
• Detail-oriented with ability to maintain trackers and documentation accurately.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear communicator, comfortable working with different teams and external partners.
• Proactive, dependable and able to ask questions when information is unclear.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and process matter.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools; Jira/Confluence helpful but not essential.

ENTER THE GAME

Reporting to the Casino Games Manager, you will join the Casino Games team in Bordeaux as a Games Delivery Assistant.

You will work closely with the Games Delivery Expert, supporting the operational preparation, testing and launch of casino games across our markets. You will help coordinate information, documentation and follow-up between game providers and internal teams, contributing to accurate and timely releases.

This internship is an opportunity to learn how online casino games are prepared and delivered in a regulated and international environment.

YOUR ROLE WITHIN BETCLIC

Your main mission will be to support the Games Delivery Expert in coordinating the day-to-day activities required to launch and maintain casino games.

Game release coordination

• Help prepare and update game release plans across markets.
• Track launch milestones, deadlines, approvals and dependencies.
• Follow up with game providers and internal teams to collect information needed for upcoming releases.
• Keep release trackers and project documentation up to date and flag delays or missing information.

Game information and configuration

• Collect and organise game details, descriptions, rules, images and other launch materials.
• Help check game metadata, categories, tags and lobby information for accuracy and consistency.
• Support the preparation and review of configuration information under the guidance of the Games Delivery Expert.
• Help ensure that the correct materials and information are available for each market and launch.

Testing and launch support

• Assist with pre-release checks and functional testing, following test plans and guidance from the Games Delivery Expert.
• Record test results clearly and help track any issues identified.
• Follow up on issues with the relevant provider or internal team and escalte them when needed.
• Support launch-day checks and post-launch monitoring to help confirm that games are available and working as expected.

Documentation and compliance follow-up

• Help collect and organise certificates, approvals and other required launch documents.
• Maintain clear records of testing, release decisions and operational follow-up.
• Support the tracking of market-specific launch requirements under the guidance of the Games Delivery Expert and Compliance team.

Cross-functional coordination

• You will work with internal teams such as Product, Marketing, Design, Compliance, and Technical teams, as well as external game providers.
• You will help keep information flowing and ensure that actions are followed up.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a curious, organised and reliable intern who is interested in online gaming, product delivery and digital operations. This internship could be a good fit if you:

• Are studying Digital Business, Project Management, Product Management, Gaming, Business Administration or a related subject.
• Have a genuine interest in online casino games and how digital products are prepared and launched.
• Are detail-oriented and comfortable keeping trackers and documentation accurate.
• Can organise several tasks and deadlines at the same time.
• Communicate clearly and enjoy working with different teams and external partners.
• Are proactive, dependable and comfortable asking questions when information is unclear.
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and process matter.
• Are fluent in English; French is a plus.
• Have a good working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets or similar tools. Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, testing processes or back-office tools is helpful, but not essential.
