Rémy Cointreau is offering a 6-month internship for a POS Coordinator in Paris starting July 2026. You will work with the Brand team and be the main contact for markets on all POS-related topics.

Louis XIII POS Coordinator Internship

For a 6‑month internship based in Paris, starting in July 2026

Reporting to the Brand team, you will work closely with multiple functions (marketing, retail & merchandising, development, finance, markets, supply & customer service) and will be responsible for managing the brand’s POSM tools and assets.

Internship Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for markets on all POS-related topics
• Manage and ensure the smooth operation of the POSM platform
• Validate and follow up on market orders and ensure proper execution
• Provide day-to-day support to markets and facilitate communication with supply teams (demand planning, customer service)

Stock Management & Analysis

• Coordinate all POS development projects
• Ensure timely availability of items and flag any risks to stakeholders
• Share key information with markets (catalogues, availability, SKU updates)
• Ensure catalogues and platforms are consistently updated with accurate and reliable information
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to the optimisation of POS tools and platform
• Collect and analyse market feedback on tools and items

PROFILE

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac +4/5) in a Business School or University, specialising in Marketing, Supply Chain or Project Management
• Curious, rigorous, diplomatic and well‑organised
• Strong ability to manage priorities
• Good understanding of the luxury sector
• Fluent in both English and French (mandatory)
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
