Responsabilités

  • Perform clients' portfolios reviews and billing process management.

In September 2021 Euroclear Funds Place (previously named MFEX) became a part of the Euroclear Group one of the worlds largest providers of domestic and cross-border settlement and related services for bond equity ETF and mutual fund transactions creating a new funds market utility.

Responsibilities
  • Clients portfolios reviews (checking of funds referencing and rebates rate) and billing process management
  • Client service support re. specific Clients requests (internal follow-up)
  • Maintenance of monthly processes
  • Database management (Salesforce)
  • Assist the Client Service Manager to prepare quarterly and annual client review meetings
Qualifications
  • Fluent written and spoken English and French
  • Have good Office Packs skills, VBA is a plus
  • Be rigorous with figures
  • Show strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize
