Airbus Commercial recherche un stagiaire en Design Industriel pour contribuer à la conception de cabines d’avion au sein du département Advanced Design Cabin sur le site de Blagnac. Le stage, d’une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en février 2027 et se déroulera dans un cadre international et numérique.

Vous travaillerez sur des concepts alliant esthétique, ergonomie et performance, couvrant de l’esquisse 2D/3D au storytelling pour les présentations aux équipes dirigeantes, en collaboration

Qualifications

• Étudiant en Bac+4/5 en Design Industriel (ou équivalent).
• Maîtrise des suites Adobe et des outils 3D (Blender/Rhino ou équivalent).
• Bonne compréhension de l’esthétique et de l’ergonomie, sens du storytelling.

Responsabilités

• Imaginer et donner vie à des concepts de cabine innovants depuis les esquisses 2D/3D jusqu’au storytelling présenté à la direction.
• Analyser les tendances, technologies et attentes des passagers pour les traduire en solutions de design percutantes.
• Concevoir des expériences de vol durables et inclusives en plaçant l’écoconception et l’humain au centre du projet.
• Collaborer avec les équipes d’ingénierie, de design et de marketing pour équilibrer vision créative et fonctionnalité.
• Intégrer et affiner les concepts pour assurer la cohérence esthétique et industrielle.

Votre mission, si vous l'acceptez : Une offre de stage intitulée "Design Industriel – Conception de Cabines d'Avion (f/h)" vient de s'ouvrir au sein d'Airbus Commercial sur son site de Blagnac. Vous rejoindrez une équipe de 12 personnes au sein du département "Advanced Design Cabin" en charge des concepts des cabines du futur, mettant l’accent sur la durabilité et l'inclusivité. Votre stage consistera à contribuer à créer des solutions de design qui allient harmonieusement une approche esthétique cohérente à une fonctionnalité et une performance robustes. Ce stage, d'une durée de 6 mois, débutera idéalement en Février 2027 (cette période est indicative et pourra être ajustée).

• Imaginer et donner vie à des concepts de cabine innovants, de la première esquisse 2D/3D jusqu'au storytelling présenté aux équipes dirigeantes.
• Analyser et décrypter les tendances du marché, les nouvelles technologies et les attentes des passagers pour les traduire en solutions de design percutantes.
• Concevoir des expériences de vol durables et inclusives, en plaçant l’éco-conception et l'humain au centre de chaque projet.
• Collaborer en transverse avec les équipes d'ingénierie, de design et de marketing pour garantir l'équilibre parfait entre vision créative et fonctionnalité.
• Intégrer et affiner les concepts pour faire le pont entre la vision design et les exigences industrielles, en assurant la cohérence esthétique et fonctionnelle.

Votre tuteur ou tutrice vous accompagnera tout au long de votre stage, vous aidant à développer vos compétences et à atteindre vos objectifs professionnels. Ce stage vous permettra notamment de développer les compétences suivantes :

• Développer une vision stratégique du design en traduisant des analyses complexes (marché, technologies, besoins passagers) en concepts innovants.
• Piloter des projets de design complexes en assurant l'équilibre entre la vision créative, les contraintes de l'ingénierie et les objectifs business.
• Maîtriser les principes du design durable et centré sur l'humain (éco-conception, UX, inclusivité) pour les appliquer au contexte exigeant de l'aéronautique.
• Structurer une argumentation et un récit (storytelling) pour communiquer une vision créative et convaincre des interlocuteurs de haut niveau.

Le candidat idéal possède les compétences techniques suivantes : Design 2D/3D – Maîtrise des logiciels de la Suite Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) et d'outils 3D (Blender, Rhino ou équivalent). Principes de Design Industriel – Solide compréhension de l'esthétique, de l'ergonomie et de la génération des formes. Fabrication – Connaissance des matériaux et des processus de fabrication industriels. Outils bureautiques – Maîtrise de Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).

Soft Skills – Communication : Excellentes capacités de présentation, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, pour partager vos idées avec conviction. Collaboration : Fort esprit d'équipe et aisance relationnelle pour travailler efficacement dans un environnement international. Proactivité : Attitude motivée, autonome et orientée vers les résultats. Éthique professionnelle : Une attitude positive et une forte éthique de travail. Your mission: An internship opportunity titled "Industrial Design – Aircraft Cabin Design (f/m)" has just opened at Airbus Commercial located in Blagnac.

You will join a team of 9 people within the "Advanced Design Cabin" department, which is in charge of future cabin concepts with a focus on sustainability and inclusivity. Your internship will consist in contributing to the creation of design solutions that harmoniously blend a coherent aesthetic approach with robust functionality and performance. Ideally, this is a 6 month internship and it should start in February 2027 (date subject to flexibility).

• Imagining and bringing innovative cabin concepts to life, from the first 2D/3D sketch to the final storytelling presented to senior management.
• Analyzing and decoding market trends, new technologies, and passenger expectations to translate them into impactful design solutions.
• Designing sustainable and inclusive flight experiences by placing eco‑design and human‑centricity at the core of every project.
• Collaborating cross‑functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the perfect balance between creative vision and functionality.
• Integrating and refining concepts to bridge the gap between the design vision and industrial requirements, ensuring aesthetic and functional coherence.

Your tutor will support you to identify your professional objectives and develop your skills.

This internship will allow you to develop the following skills:

• Developing a strategic design vision by translating complex analyses (market, technology, passenger needs) into innovative concepts.
• Managing complex design projects by ensuring a balance between creative vision, engineering constraints, and business objectives.
• Mastering the principles of sustainable and human‑centered design (eco‑design, UX, inclusivity) and applying them to the demanding context of the aerospace industry.
• Structuring an argumentation and a narrative (storytelling) to communicate a creative vision and convince high‑level stakeholders.

Your boarding pass: You are currently pursuing a Bac+4/5 in Industrial Design (or equivalent). You ideally have the following skills:

• Technical Skills: 2D/3D Design: Mastery of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D tools (Blender, Rhino, or equivalent).
• Industrial Design Principles: A solid understanding of aesthetics, ergonomics, and form generation.
• Manufacturing: Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes and materials.
• Office Tools: Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets).
• Soft Skills: Communication: Excellent presentation skills, both written and oral, to share your ideas with conviction.
