United States Digital Space LLC, based in Paris, is seeking a Staff Product Security Engineer to safeguard our systems and evolve our secure development lifecycle. You will advocate security across departments and help millions of users enjoy a safer digital life in a hybrid Paris office environment.

You will drive improvements to security practices, review architectures, and scale vulnerability management while participating in compliance and incident response activities.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with application security best practices, including threat modeling.
  • Experience operating within an SDLC program.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and their security implications.
  • Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) frameworks and protocols (Passkeys, SAML, OAuth, SCIM, etc).
  • Interest in enabling secure use of AI tools to drive efficiency, creativity, and impact internally.

Responsabilités

  • Help drive the continuous improvement of the company’s security program across the product and company.
  • Assist with architecture design reviews, threat modeling, and security assessments of the company’s product to identify risks and provide mitigation guidance.
  • Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the SDLC.
  • Build upon and scale Vulnerability Management to track, analyze, and manage vulnerabilities and remediation.
  • Perform risk assessments of internal systems, environments, assets, and data, and implement security best practices accordingly.
  • Participate in Compliance and Incident Response activities.

About the role

As a Staff Product Security Engineer, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding the company’s systems and ensuring that our secure development lifecycle remains cutting-edge. Collaborating across all departments, you will advocate for and implement best-in-class security practices, helping millions of the company users enjoy a safer digital life.

Location

You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.

At the company you will
  • Help drive the continuous improvement of the company’s security program across the product and company
  • Assist with architecture design reviews, threat modeling, and technical security assessments of the company’s product (application and infrastructure) to identify security risks and provide mitigation guidance
  • Ensure security best practices are integrated throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Build upon and scale Vulnerability Management to ensure the team can track, analyze, and manage vulnerabilities and their remediation
  • Perform risk assessments of the company’s internal systems, environments, assets, and data, and implement security best practices accordingly
  • Participate in Compliance and Incident Response activities
We're looking for:
  • Familiarity with application security best practices, including threat modeling
