Vestas is seeking an ST Operator in France to contribute to the safe, sustainable production of energy by supporting wind turbine operations from a service hub. The role suits hands-on technicians who enjoy outdoor, outdoor teamwork and a pathway from entry level to a long-term career in wind energy.

What You'll Do

From one of our service hubs, you will join a team made up of a Site Manager, an Operations Planner, a Lead Technician, and experienced technicians and maintenance personnel.

Working as part of a team and under the supervision of an Operations Manager, you will:

• Participate in preventive and corrective maintenance activities on wind turbines.


• Carry out inspections and checks required to ensure equipment operates efficiently.


• Support the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues and breakdowns.


• Maintain installations in compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.


• Ensure high‑quality interventions and adherence to established procedures.


• Contribute to the performance of wind farms and customer satisfaction.
