Job Description Summary

Are you ready to shape the future of R&D operations? As Sr. Manager, R&D PMO Process & Governance, you will be at the heart of driving efficiency, innovation, and compliance across our PS R&D organization. This is a high‑impact leadership role where you'll partner with cross‑functional teams to streamline workflows, implement data‑driven improvements, and ensure our processes align with strategic business goals.

You'll be the catalyst for change—championing continuous improvement, fostering collaboration, and building governance frameworks that empower teams to deliver excellence.

Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and optimize R&D processes, procedures, and workflows to eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Lead the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and document process specifications.
  • Use process mapping tools to visualize workflows and drive improvement discussions.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for leadership decision‑making.
  • Define and establish project/program management best practices and governance policies.
  • Develop and deliver training programs on process improvement and governance.
  • Ensure data integrity within OnePlan to support reliable portfolio analysis and reporting.
  • Build dynamic dashboards that visualize key portfolio metrics for strategic discussions.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement across departments.
  • Mentor and develop team members to create a high‑performing, future‑ready team.
Your profile:
  • Proven experience in process management, governance, and PMO leadership, gained in roles such as Senior Program Manager within large matrix organizations.
  • Solid background in regulated and complex environments, with particular expertise in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools, portfolio management systems, and KPI monitoring to drive organizational performance.
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation and continuous improvement, delivering measurable impact on efficiency and quality.
  • Experience in both direct and indirect management of complex projects; open to candidates with a consulting background, provided they have significant PMO exposure in international groups.
  • Strong skills in communication, influence, and leadership, with a proven ability to inspire, engage, and unite teams.
  • Languages: English fluent (mandatory), French preferred depending on location.
  • Personality marked by energy, dynamism, and enthusiasm, fostering motivation and collective commitment.

Compensation range for this position: €90,000 - €100,000 (annual) fixe.
