Une entreprise de jouets renommée cherche un leader en développement commercial pour définir et mettre en œuvre sa stratégie de marketing pour la France. Le candidat idéal aura une expérience significative en gestion, des compétences analytiques solides et la capacité de collaborer efficacement avec des équipes. Vous serez un acteur clé pour assurer la visibilité des marques en point de vente et devrez accompagner une équipe dynamique. Ce poste est proposé en contrat à temps plein en Île-de-France.
Vous serez en charge de définir la stratégie par canal pour la France et dassurer la mise en œuvre en points de vente en garantissant une différenciation par circuit de distribution. (activations merchandising promotions implantations ..).
Vous serez responsable de fournir des analyses et des insights marché didentifier des opportunités de croissance ( white spaces ) et de développer de nouveaux clients potentiels.
