L’Oréal is seeking a Finance & Controlling professional to partner with various zones and divisions, driving performance and presenting insights across the supply chain.

In this role you will coordinate reporting (Actual, Budget, Trend), monitor key economic indicators, and support management meetings. You’ll contribute to strengthening internal controls and optimizing processes using data and technology across a multinational framework.

Qualifications

• Around 5 years of experience in Finance & Controlling, with Supply Chain exposure a plus.

A Day in the Life

• Business Partnering & Operations: Liaise with Zones, Divisions, and Supply Chain experts to drive performance, assess risks/opportunities, and present insights.
• Financial Orchestration: Coordinate reporting (Actual, Budget, Trend), supervise economic indicators, and prepare key meetings (Suivi de Gestion, Point Operations).
• Guardian of Control & Catalyst of Change: Enforce Group Norms, improve Internal Control, and continuously optimize processes using data & tech.

We Are Looking For

• Around 5 years of experience in Finance & Controlling (Supply Chain is a plus).
• Highly analytical and creative problem solver with excellent time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications, Power BI, and financial systems.
• English fluency; thrive in a multicultural, matrix structure.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate with impact, and influence with integrity.
