Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Issy-les-Moulineaux seeks a Robotic Clinical Specialist to lead on-site training and support for the Velys robotic knee surgery platform. You will guide surgeons, nursing staff, and biomedical teams through installation, operation, and optimization to drive patient outcomes.

You will travel up to 40% of the time, bringing expertise in knee prosthetic surgery and medical software. French and English fluency plus a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Knee prosthetic surgery knowledge is required.
• Experience with medical/surgical/digital software and/or operating room equipment is preferred.
• Ability to build trust with clients, colleagues and partners within JnJ.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of time.
• Driver's license is required.
• French (read/write/speak) and English (read/write/speak) required.

Responsibilities

• Be a frontline clinical and technical support for surgeons and hospital staff before, during, and after procedures.
• Train surgeons and hospital staff on the robotic Velys system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with the robot with Service & Repair teams.
• Monitor and report on equipment stocks and usage at client sites; provide feedback to the manager.
