Darwin Space is hiring a Systems Engineer in Toulouse to coordinate cross-workstream activities and own technical schedules, milestones and dependencies.

You will track progress against scope, schedule and quality, coordinate engineers and external partners, and drive risks to closure while communicating status to leadership. English fluency is essential, French desirable in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree/master in Systems Engineering, Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in systems engineering or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of systems engineering principles and the V-model.
• Experience defining, managing and tracing system requirements.
• Experience coordinating across multiple engineering disciplines and managing interfaces.
• Experience in project/technical project management (planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder coordination).
• Ability to own a technical workstream and drive to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; French desirable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities evolve.

• Demonstrated experience in project or technical project management, including planning, scheduling, risk management and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to take ownership of a technical workstream and drive it through to completion.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent English; French is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
