Novaspace is a leading space-sector consultancy seeking a Venture Builder to empower startups within European accelerator and incubator programs. You will guide startups through business challenges, connect them with resources, and interact with clients, partners and senior stakeholders in aviation, space, and defense sectors.

You will work in a dynamic, international environment with mentoring from experienced partners, developing your consultancy skills while balancing hands-on startup support

• Advanced consulting skill-set with strong problem solving and analytics

• Able to work independently and in a team
• Experience in international consultancy or innovation management with startups
