Innate Pharma, based in Marseille, is seeking a Specialist Compliance, Audit & Internal Control to reinforce its global compliance program. Reporting to the VP Compliance & Operations, the role focuses on internal controls, internal audit, and regulatory requirements across entities.

You will design policies, coordinate SOX, develop KPIs, interact with external auditors, and train staff while collaborating cross-functionally.

Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in audit and/or internal control, preferably within a listed company and/or an audit firm.
• Strong knowledge of internal control frameworks, particularly SOX, as well as audit and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills, with a high degree of autonomy and a strong team spirit.
• Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement and review compliance policies, procedures and frameworks.
• Coordinate the SOX compliance program with internal teams and external experts.
• Lead internal control and internal audit programs and follow up on corrective actions.
• Develop internal control and compliance KPIs and management reporting.
• Act as main point of contact for external auditors on internal control matters.
• Raise awareness of compliance requirements and deliver relevant training.
