Pernod Ricard is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead AI architecture across global product teams. You will define reference architectures, govern AI standards, and guide enterprise-scale AI-enabled solutions with a focus on security and governance.

This role offers remote flexibility and collaboration across multiple domains. You will mentor engineers and architects, drive adoption of best practices, and ensure solutions are scalable, production-ready, and aligned with the company’s AI

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or related technical roles.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms, especially Azure.
• Proven ability to design enterprise-scale technology solutions.
• Experience with AI/ML, GenAI, LLMs, and agentic AI concepts.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions.
• Familiarity with security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.

We are seeking talented and experienced Solution Architects to join our dynamic team. Solution Architect is responsible for designing end‑to‑end solutions (encompassing application layer, data layer and infrastructure layer) that address our businesses and functions’ needs.

You will be a part of the Global Enterprise Architecture team and work closely with domain representatives, product owners, developers, data architects, infrastructure specialists and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into robust, scalable, and efficient solutions. As Pernod Ricard accelerates its journey in AI, automation, and intelligent agents, this role is key to ensuring consistency, quality, and scalability of AI‑driven solutions across products and domains

The Agentic AI Solution Architect is a senior role responsible for defining and driving the enterprise‑wide AI architecture vision at Pernod Ricard.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Act as the primary authority and trusted advisor on AI architecture

• Define and embed the reference architecture, governance, and standards for AI

• Drive a mindset shift towards AI‑first product and architecture thinking

• Drive adoption of best practices and reusable AI patterns across product teams

• Facilitate key architecture decisions, trade‑offs, and prioritisation at enterprise level

• Lead definition and evolution of:

• Drive reuse of components, accelerators, and frameworks.

Defining AI Reference Architecture & Driving Adoption

• Define and maintain the Agentic AI reference architecture, covering:

• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture frameworks and standards

• Provide reusable patterns, design principles, and guardrails for AI solutions

Solution Design & Delivery Support

• Support product teams in designing end‑to‑end AI‑enabled solutions

• Translate business use cases into scalable and secure AI architectures

• Guide teams on:

• Ensure solutions are production‑ready, scalable, and maintainable

AI Technology Evaluation & Innovation

• Evaluate emerging AI technologies, tools, and frameworks

• Drive strategic recommendations for AI platforms and capabilities

• Stay at the forefront of agentic AI, GenAI, and automation trends

• Contribute to PoCs, pilots, and innovation initiatives

Architecture Governance & Decision Leadership

• Act as the primary AI architecture authority in ARB / GD2A/ ADR processes

• Ensure consistency of AI‑related decisions across domains

• Partner with Cyber and Data Privacy to enforce Responsible AI standards

• Provide clear guidance on risks, trade‑offs, and architectural choices

Technical Leadership & Community Building

• Serve as the go‑to expert and trusted advisor for AI architecture topics

• Mentor Solution Architects and engineering teams on AI best practices

• Contribute to architecture playbooks, guidelines, and knowledge sharing

• Drive adoption of AI architecture standards across the organization

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, data architecture, or a closely related technical discipline.

• Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise‑scale technology solutions.

• Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

• Deep understanding of enterprise software development methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.

• Hands‑on experience with data platforms, data pipelines, and integration architecture.

• Strong knowledge of API design, system integration, and modern application architecture.

• Experience with AI/ML solutions, including GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI concepts.

• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.

• Good understanding of security, privacy, and responsible AI principles.

• Familiarity with cloud‑native development and serverless computing.

• Experience working with enterprise stakeholders and influencing architecture decisions across teams.

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic, delivery‑oriented mindset.

• Ability to balance innovation, governance, scalability, and total cost of ownership.

• Experience in consumer goods, FMCG, or similarly complex global organizations is a plus
