Job summary

Terabase Energy’s Bamboo CV team in Paris builds computer vision solutions that scale on active job sites worldwide. You’ll own the ML lifecycle from data curation to production deployment, applying AI-first workflows and cutting-edge CV methods to accelerate clean energy construction.

You’ll collaborate with Paris and Belgrade teams, leveraging Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and modern MLOps to ship reliable, scalable ML features and systems for real‑world solar projects.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven hands-on experience building, testing, shipping, and supporting production B2B applications using AI-first workflows.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and deploying AI/ML models and pipelines.
• Strong Python proficiency and clean, testable code.
• Solid Computer Vision fundamentals across detection, segmentation, classification.

Responsibilities

• Write production‑grade Python code across the full ML stack (data pipelines, model training, inference, evaluation).
• Build, test, ship, and support production ML/CV features using AI‑first workflows (AI coding agents, AI‑assisted review).
• Track advances in computer vision and deep learning and apply them to real‑world construction challenges.
• Design and run rigorous testing and validation protocols for ML‑based products in field conditions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ship integrated features and manage end‑to‑end ML lifecycle.
• Own the end‑to‑end ML lifecycle: design, train, evaluate, deploy models for solar plant lifecycle.
• Gather field feedback to close the loop between model performance and real‑world outcomes.
• Contribute to team culture and cross‑office cohesion.
