Farfetch is seeking a D365 F<O) developer to join the Porto or Lisbon based team, reporting to the Development Manager. You will work on projects across D365FO, integrating with the Farfetch ecosystem and platform, collaborating with various engineering groups and ensuring high-quality delivery.

You will prototype configurations, address complex business problems, and contribute to upgrades and enhancements within the D365 F&O framework, while supporting key users and maintaining development

Qualifications

• Experience with D365 F&O development and AX/Axapta heritage.
• Proficiency in X++ and Azure Portal.
• Familiar with Power BI/Synapse and data tools considered a major plus.
• Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with multiple engineering teams and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Prototype new setups within the D365FO ecosystem to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with Product team to evaluate solution options for evolving needs.
• Provide 3rd level support for integration and technical issues.
• Deploy code releases and manage Microsoft D365 updates.
• Help maintain coding standards and drive quality improvements.

THE ROLE [Porto or Lisbon based]

You will be integrated into a dynamic and professional team that works together to achieve a meaningful roadmap aligned with Farfetch strategy. You’ll report to the Development Manager and work on projects across all areas of D365FO and different business units within the Farfetch group, integrating D365FO with the Farfetch ecosystem and platform.

Responsibilities

• Assure the collaboration of managed teams across different engineering teams (inside and outside of the domain) and adherence to defined global engineering best practices.
• Proactively research/prototype new setup options within the D365FO surrounding ecosystem to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate with Product team to evaluate solution options for evolving business needs.
• Address issues, perform maintenance tasks, manage environments, and undertake new developments.
• Develop enhancements and solutions within the D365 F&O framework.
• Provide 3rd Level support to key users regarding integration and technical component issues.
• Deploy code releases and manage software updates/releases from Microsoft within D365.
• Work with the team to set and maintain standards and development practices.
• Be a keen advocate of quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Solid background in D365 F&O development, or its predecessors AX and Axapta.
• Demonstrable knowledge of capabilities of the software in the Microsoft stack (certification is a plus), including:
• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Electronic Reporting experience is a plus
• X++
• Azure Portal
• Familiarity with Data tools (Synapse, or Power BI) is a major plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken is mandatory
• Familiarity and/or experience in integrations with Data tools will be a plus.
