Job summary

Minitap in Paris is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to help build mini, the QA superemployee, and learn in a hands-on environment. You’ll contribute from week one by shipping production code that pays for real customers and collaborate across the stack to improve testing across mobile platforms.

You will own components end-to-end, optimize context and model performance, and investigate failures across models, devices, and CI pipelines.

• You have built and shipped an ambitious technical project beyond coursework.
• You break difficult problems into testable hypotheses and reason from first principles.
• You learn exceptionally fast and become productive with limited guidance.
• You take ownership and communicate blockers when needed.

Responsibilities

• Produce and ship production code under your name from week one.
• Optimize context/LLM cost and performance for QA."
• Investigate complex failures across models, devices, apps, backend services, and CI pipelines.
• Develop an event-driven microservice end-to-end in production.
• Build automated mobile QA flows to improve reliability for teams.
