A leading open source software provider is seeking a Software Engineer to work on innovative projects remotedly. The ideal candidate has expertise in Python and web frameworks, with strong skills in developing APIs. Responsibilities include collaborating with global teams and contributing to code quality.   • Write high-quality code to create new features, fix bugs, and modernize the Landscape codebase.
  • Participate in the engineering process with code and architectural reviews.

Software Engineer (Python/Linux/Packaging)

Location: This role will be based remotely in the Americas region.

What you'll do

Who you are

  • Experience with databases, and ORMs (PostgreSQL a plus)
  • You are comfortable with Ubuntu as a development and deployment platform
