LOEWE is seeking a Paris-based Content Production and Social Assistant for a 6-month internship focused on social content production for TikTok and Instagram. You will support the Content Producer and collaborate with photographers, set designers, and makeup artists to deliver high-quality material.

The role requires strong English communication, excellent organisational skills, and an interest in fashion-showroom operations.

INTERNSHIP

PURPOSE

The Content Production and Social Assistant will engage in a variety of creative projects around TikTok and Instagram. The position will mainly focus on Social Content Production. This role will help drive quality and efficiency within the Social Content Production team reporting to the Content Producer.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide essential support on the production of bespoke social content: handling props sourcing, location scouting and assist on asset production needs for social content assets spanning campaigns, events, shows and on-going Instagram and TikTok projects.
• Support on VIP events coverage, shows and other brand key moments happening locally in Paris.
• Challenging production timings and costs to stay relevant in these fast-paced environment.
• Facilitate effective communication and relationship with various external collaborators (photographers, set designers, make up artists...)
• Clearly present creative briefs : communicate effectively with internal and external collaborators

Performance Tracking & Planning

• Updating content calendar, creative decks, and captions.
• Maintain and analyse a comprehensive database of past TikTok content performance to inform and optimise future production planning and resource allocation.

Operational Streamlining & Administrative Coordination

• Coordinate good reception and registration of vendors invoices and contracts.
• Support content project management through preparing validation meetings, organizing feedback, and monitoring asset delivery schedules.
• Manage end-to-end sample check-in, check-out, and physical organisation between the marketing showroom and social production department.
• Coordinate sample shipments, returns, and courier logistics with PR, editorial teams, and external partners.
• Track samples movement during busy production and shoot cycles.
• Partner cross-functionally with PR, styling, and production teams to ensure timely sample availability for shoots, fittings, and press requests.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Demonstrated strong understanding of social media dynamics and content production principles.
• Have a deep understanding and knowledge of TikTok and Instagram.
• Exceptional organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and strong follow-through.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Ability to develop and foster collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
• Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Familiarity with the fashion industry and basic understanding of sample management, showroom operations, or inventory tracking (gained through academic projects, extracurriculars, or previous internships).
• Past experiences in samples trafficking preferred.
• Demonstrate a strong product sensibility and handle high-value or delicate pieces with meticulous care.
• Resourceful problem-solving and adaptability with demonstrated ability to navigate shifting priorities.
