Job summary

Arm Sophia Antipolis is offering a 6-month SoC Architecture Intern position for students pursuing a CS/EE degree. You will explore architecture options, work with experts, and contribute to the General Purpose Compute series under SoC Architecture.

Applicants must be enrolled in a higher education degree, have Verilog/VHDL experience, and communicate in English. The internship includes mentoring, a fixed stipend (€24,000–€27,000 per annum), and a tripartite internship agreement; visa sponsorship

Qualifications

• Enrolled in CS or EEE degree (Bachelor/Master/PhD).
• Experience using Verilog or VHDL.
• Strong English communication in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist architecture exploration and analysis for SoC.
• Collaborate with engineers across teams on CPU/accelerator choices and memory hierarchy.
• Support early-stage architectural exploration and translate requirements for implementation teams.
