Job summary

Bell France is seeking a Production Line Operator to join our Slicing Department in Teilhède (15 minutes from Riom). You’ll ensure the operation and smooth running of an automated slicing line, supply the line with raw materials according to production orders, and carry out format changes.

You will organise and supervise the work of line operators, set the pace, perform quality checks, ensure traceability and FIFO, carry out basic maintenance, and raise alarms for deviations.

Qualifications

• Experience in line management, ideally in food and drink industry.
• Meticulous, team player, thorough and responsive.

Responsibilities

• To ensure the operation and smooth running of an automated slicing line.
• Supply the line with raw materials in accordance with production orders.
• Carry out format changes (products, films, packaging).
• Organise, coordinate and supervise the work of the line operators.
• Set the pace of work and ensure that production instructions are followed correctly.
• Carry out quality checks and isolate non-conformities (products, weights, packaging).
• Ensure compliance with traceability requirements and FIFO rules.
• Carry out first-level maintenance.
• Raise the alarm in the event of deviations and/or malfunctions.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
