INDUSTRELEC, a subsidiary of the ICM Group, is seeking a Site Manager (M/F) for projects in the Paris area. You will lead on-site operations, organize, coordinate, supervise, and optimize activities on large-scale technical projects for major clients.

You will manage technical teams and subcontractors, coordinate procurement and schedules, ensure compliance with deadlines and safety standards, and act as the client’s primary on-site contact.

Qualifications

• Low-voltage/extra-low-voltage systems experience.
• Reading electrical diagrams and schematics.
• Construction site organization and team management.
• Safety regulations and electrical certifications (B2V/BR/BC).

We are currently looking for a: Site Manager (M/F)

Position based in the Paris area (travel may be required).

• As the true leader on-site, you ensure that the work is carried out properly. You don’t just oversee a construction site—you organize, coordinate, supervise, and optimize.

Your responsibilities include:

• Manage technical teams and subcontractors
• Coordinate procurement and the implementation schedule
• Ensure compliance with deadlines, standards, and safety regulations
• Serve as the client’s primary point of contact on-site
• Contribute to technical solutions and follow-up work

You are an experienced electrical engineering professional (with at least 5 to 10 years of experience) who is equally comfortable with technical work and team coordination.
