Sanofi in Marcy L'Étoile is seeking a Site HSES Manager to deploy the group's health, safety, environment and security strategy across the site and Alba La Romaine. You will lead risk assessments, ensure GMP and ISO compliance, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to influence at all levels. Master’s degree in HSES or related field and proficiency in English are expected; experience in the pharmaceutical

Qualifications

• Significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, across production, quality, and/or HSE functions.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively at all levels of the organization and within cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in IT tools, including MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement HSES management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, GMP, and Sanofi Group standards.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive action plans across the site.
• Analyze HSES performance and lead improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with site platforms to align HSES with quality, timeline, cost, and business continuity objectives.
• Conduct site-wide risk assessments and implement risk controls.
