Al Bandar Group in France is seeking a Sales Associate to sell cold desserts in-store while delivering excellent customer service. You will present items attractively and engage customers to meet sales targets.

Key duties include cross-selling, checking product quality, coordinating labeling and expiration dates, inspecting displays, and maintaining hygiene and allergen awareness, with a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1–3 years in sweets sales (cakes, Arabic sweets & chocolates).
• Experience in direct retail sales and strong customer service skills.
• Good communication and persuasion abilities.

Responsabilités

• Focus on presenting dessert items in an appealing manner.
• Emphasize both cross-selling and upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
• Regularly check the validity and quality of desserts and products within the department.
• Coordinate with the Cold Sales Team Leader to ensure proper labeling of production and expiration dates, as well as accurate weights for each package.
• Pay attention to selling older inventory before newer items.
• Regularly inspect refrigerators, counters, and display areas.
• Ensure proper functioning of equipment and address any issues promptly.
• Continuously monitor refrigerator temperatures according to the quality department's approved schedule.
• Suggest new products to customers based on their preferences and needs.
• Understand customer requirements during the sales process.
• Provide necessary supplies to the Cold Sales department regularly.
• Strive to provide outstanding customer service to build customer loyalty.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the department.
• Be aware of all ingredients in the products to avoid selling items that may cause allergies for specific customers.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Requirements
