Jobtailor is seeking a confident manager to oversee a portfolio of short‑term rental properties in Tarbes, coordinating listings across Airbnb, Booking, and Abritel. You will optimize photos and descriptions, implement SEO, and drive revenue through dynamic pricing and proactive guest communication.

You will engage property owners, build trust, and work autonomously within a structured network to grow recurring income, while coordinating cleaning and maintenance between stays.

• You can persuade and build trust with property owners.
• You come from real estate, sales, or any other sector (hairdressing, management, hospitality): motivation matters most.
• You want the autonomy of an independent contractor with the support of a structured network.
• You want to build recurring long‑term income rather than a capped salary.

Responsabilités

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of short‑term rental properties on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking, Abritel).
• Listing setup and optimization on platforms (photos, descriptions, SEO).
• Yield management: dynamic pricing to maximize each property's revenue.
• Reservation management and guest relations (messaging, check‑ins, dispute handling).
• Coordination of cleaning and maintenance teams between stays.
• Prospecting new property owners who want to delegate the management of their property.
