Jobtailor in Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Vienne, seeks freelance property managers to build and own a portfolio of short-term rental properties. You will prospect owners, persuade them to delegate management, and sign agreements.

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and guest relations while growing recurring income via the ALB platform. Flexible schedule with partial remote work and fieldwork; experience in real estate or sales is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Independent / freelance status is required.
• Ability to persuade property owners and build trust.
• Motivation and autonomy to build long-term recurring income.

Responsabilités

• Build a portfolio of properties for short-term rental management in your area.
• Identify and actively prospect property owners.
• Persuade owners to delegate the management of their properties.
• Negotiate and sign property management agreements.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance providers.
• Manage relationships with property owners and guests.
• Grow the client portfolio to generate recurring monthly income.
• Organize your schedule freely between partial remote work and fieldwork.
• Manage activity via the ALB platform and receive property-owner inquiries in your area.
• Potentially recruit City Managers under your sponsorship.
