Job summary

NG3 in Plougasnou, Brittany, is seeking an Electrical / Industrial Project Engineer to design, deploy and improve shore-to-ship electrical power systems for ships and port facilities. You will join a small, agile team working on international projects and collaborating with partners and authorities.

You will travel internationally, work in a dynamic environment, and contribute to cutting-edge maritime energy solutions with English as a working language. French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in energy systems, maritime or industrial environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a small, agile company.
• Hands-on mindset with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and development of shore-to-ship electrical power systems.
• Contribute to R&D activities, prototyping, and technical validation.
• Coordinate with industrial partners, port authorities, and ship operators.
• Support installation, commissioning, and technical follow-up of systems on site.
• Ensure compliance with electrical standards, safety regulations, and maritime constraints.
• Take part in technical proposals and project documentation.
