Fik. is seeking a Shopify Solutions Engineer to join our team.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, consulting, delivery, and presales, working with clients, internal teams, and partners to design technical Shopify solutions and bring projects to life. You will design, document, and support Shopify and Shopify Plus solutions, APIs, integrations, and platform configurations, while collaborating across technical and non-technical teams and participating in discovery sessions with

Qualifications

Experience building, maintaining, or supporting Shopify or Shopify Plus solutions.
Strong understanding of software development principles.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, webhooks, and third-party services.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Confidence working directly with clients and explaining technical topics clearly.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
Interest in presales, consulting, and solution design.
Spanish and English working proficiency.
Eligibility to work for a Spanish company.

Responsabilités

Work with clients to understand their business needs, technical requirements, and ecommerce challenges.
Design and document technical solutions on Shopify and Shopify Plus.
Support the delivery of custom Shopify apps, integrations, and platform configurations.
Collaborate with frontend and backend developers, project managers, designers, and stakeholders.
Participate in technical discovery sessions, workshops, and client meetings.
Help define scopes, technical approaches, estimates, and implementation plans.
Support presales processes by translating client needs into clear technical solutions.
Review existing Shopify setups and identify opportunities for improvement.
Troubleshoot technical issues and support the team during implementation.
Stay up to date with Shopify ecosystem, APIs, apps, and best practices.
Develop solutions and/or POCs of the proposed solution.
