NOV is seeking a Leader Expédition to head the shipping and packaging team on the shop floor. Reporting to the Shipping & Material Flow Manager, you will guide daily operations, support the team, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure safe, on-time, high-quality packaging and shipping.

You will lead operational issues, promote continuous improvement, and foster a safe, collaborative environment while maintaining high safety standards and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or coordinating a team in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong understanding of shipping, packaging and warehouse processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle is a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage changing priorities.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily activities of the shipping team to meet SQDCM objectives.
• Organize workloads and shipping schedules.
• Coach and develop team members through daily guidance and performance discussions.
• Resolve operational issues and escalate with the department manager as needed.
• Monitor capacity and allocate resources effectively.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse and other functions to ensure on-time shipments.
• Support packaging design and procurement coordination when required.
• Ensure ERP transactions and shipping documentation are accurate.
