emagine seeks an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant to stabilize and modernize a portfolio of enterprise M365 solutions. You will take ownership of maintenance and development, collaborating with a global team to deliver robust, scalable capabilities.

You will review designs, resolve defects, improve performance, and create detailed technical documentation and operation procedures to enable internal self-sufficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years' hands-on experience with SharePoint Online and Power Platform.
• Strong governance, architecture and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to translate business needs into technical improvements.
• Experience replacing custom builds with standard M365 capabilities where possible.

Responsabilités

• Take over maintenance and development of existing SharePoint and Power Platform solutions from an external supplier.
• Review current designs, configurations, automations, and custom developments to understand issues and dependencies.
• Resolve defects, improve performance and usability, and deliver new capabilities with minimal unnecessary customization.
• Produce technical documentation, support guides, and operational procedures for internal self-sufficiency.
• Contribute to a long-term roadmap for rationalizing and simplifying the SharePoint and Power Platform landscape.

Are you an experienced SharePoint & Power Platform Consultant with a track record of stabilizing and modernizing enterprise M365 solutions? emagine has an opportunity for you to support and drive the technical takeover, stabilization, and continuous improvement of a portfolio of SharePoint Online libraries and Power Platform solutions with a global team.

Skills & Experience

• 7-10 years' hands-on experience across SharePoint Online, metadata/taxonomy services, content types and document sets, Power Apps, Power Automate, Microsoft Graph, and SPFx
• Proven ability to reverse-engineer undocumented or poorly documented solutions built by third-party vendors
• Strong architecture, governance, and documentation discipline
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills, able to translate business needs into technical improvements
• Experience defining sustainable design patterns and replacing custom builds with standard M365 capabilities where possible
