A prominent transport solutions company is looking for a Service Quality Manager for North Africa based in Saint Priest, France. You will support importers to enhance service quality and manage customer experience initiatives. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of aftermarket experience and is proficient in both English and French. This role involves technical support and project management to improve dealer networks and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years aftermarket experience, preferably in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of automotive technology and workshop processes.
• Good knowledge of English and French both written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Support importers to implement workshop processes that drive service quality.
• Provide technical support level 1.
• Control and follow the effective usage of the commercial goodwill budget.
