What You’ll Do

• Partner with the SEO Strategist to develop and continually refine comprehensive content strategies that align with SEO goals, user intent, and Cozycozy's brand voice across all 50+ markets and new thematic sites. You will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of our content.
• Develop and execute a content strategy specifically for AI "answer engines." This includes creating content that is easy for AI models to understand, synthesize, and present in conversational or summarized formats.
• Conduct research and testing to understand how users' conversational queries for travel are interpreted by AI models. Use these insights to optimize our content and data, ensuring Cozycozy is a primary source for travel-related answers.
• Manage the work of a growing team of SEO Content Specialist and Copy Writers. You’ll provide task, guidance, feedback, and workflow processes to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the end-to-end production of high-quality, SEO-optimized content, including articles, guides, FAQs, accommodation descriptions, meta content, landing page copy, and other formats. You’ll actively integrate and leverage AI tools for content ideation, generation, optimization, and scaling, managing content calendars, briefing writers, and ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee the optimization of existing and new content for SEO and GEO performance, including on-page elements (titles, meta descriptions, headings), internal linking, readability, and user engagement.
• Coordinate content localization and transcreation efforts for our international markets, ensuring cultural relevance and linguistic accuracy while maintaining SEO integrity.
• Drive the content strategy and production for branded thematic sites, ensuring their content is unique, authoritative, and perfectly optimized for launch.
• Monitor content performance using SEO and GEO analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush). You’ll provide regular reports on content impact, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data‑backed adjustments.
• Implement and maintain rigorous content quality standards, ensuring all published content is accurate, engaging, error‑free, and aligns with Cozycozy's brand guidelines, even with the integration of AI tools.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of progressive experience in content management or content marketing, with a strong focus on SEO‑driven content strategy and production for large, multi‑market websites. Demonstrated experience in leading, mentoring, or managing a team of writers is essential.
• Deep understanding of how content contributes to SEO performance, including on‑page optimization, content gaps analysis, intent matching, and content clusters.
• A passionate and practical understanding of how AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Jasper, SurferSEO, Clearscope) can be leveraged for content ideation, creation, optimization, and scaling.
• Superior writing, editing, and proofreading skills – at least in one language – with an eye for detail and the ability to craft compelling narratives, while also guiding others to do the same.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple content streams and deadlines concurrently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders across different teams and locations (Budapest & Paris).
