Senior Web Designer

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Web Designer in Anywhere in the World. We are seeking a creative and experienced Web Designer to craft engaging and seamless digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing responsive visuals across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency while driving impactful marketing campaigns. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, contribute to innovative projects, and work in a dynamic, fast‑paced, fully remote environment. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences and enhancing visual storytelling for web and marketing initiatives. Some overlap with EST working hours may be required for candidates in other time zones.

Accountabilities
  • Design marketing materials, landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements that align with brand identity.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and campaigns.
  • Conduct user research and analyze industry trends to inform design decisions.
  • Develop information architecture, user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes for intuitive experiences.
  • Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance user experience.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation, including style guides and design systems, to streamline implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, incorporating feedback to refine and elevate designs.
  • Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and align design solutions with business goals.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience in agency, tech, freelance, or B2B environments. Startup or agency experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in graphic design, typography, color theory, and producing high‑quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proficiency in UI design for web and mobile platforms using Figma and other design tools.
  • Strong web design skills with deep understanding of UX principles and user‑friendly interfaces.
  • Experience creating scalable design systems for team‑wide consistency.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital design capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively.
  • Self‑starter with a sense of ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving skills.
