Fabulous is seeking a Senior UX Product Designer to lead end-to-end design across native apps and web, reporting to the Chief Design Officer. You’ll work with designers, illustrators, animators, marketers and cross-functional partners worldwide to create breathtaking visuals and interfaces.

You’ll mentor junior designers, evolve our design system and processes, document usage guidelines, and translate design principles into exceptional work while managing medium to large-scale projects remotely.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX product design and experience working on native apps (primary) and web.
• Excellent design craft with an eye for detail and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date on design principles and trends and translate them into exceptional work.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with leadership to evolve processes, tools, and systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from concept to execution.
• Total understanding of the differences between Android and iOS design languages.

Responsabilités

• Report to Chief Design Officer and collaborate with UX designers, illustrators, animators, marketers and others to create breathtaking visuals and interfaces.
• Create high-quality work that will delight users, meet company objectives, and reinforce our brand.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Development teams worldwide.
• Mentor junior UX designers and work with leadership to evolve our process, tools, and systems to ensure great, consistent work.
• Write documentation and usage guidelines for components within the system.
• Stay up-to-date on design principles and trends—and translate them into exceptional work.
• Manage medium to large-scale projects independently.
• Thrive on feedback and effectively communicate your reasoning behind design approaches.
