Danfoss is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Turbocor compressors, based in Europe. You will support internal and external customers with offsite, onsite, and online assistance to ensure optimal compressor performance.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in engineering (thermodynamics a plus) and 5+ years in technical product or project management. Proficiency in Italian and English is essential; travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering; thermodynamics focus asset.
5+ years in technical product or project management with key stakeholder networking in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration.
Knowledge of chillers and refrigeration systems.
Strong problem-solving and technical analysis skills.
Excellent Italian and English communication; German or French a plus.
Extensive travel across Europe and the Middle East (35–50%).

Responsabilités

Manage warranty execution, troubleshooting, and failure analysis to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate technical support activities with OEMs and customers, including visits, trainings, and demonstrations.
Leverage ERP systems and feedback to manage workflows and drive product improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on engineering initiatives and product launches.
Engage in customer-centric negotiations and handle challenging situations.
