Airbus Toulouse is seeking a Transport Service Manager for the PITC department to manage General Cargo operations across air, sea, road and rail. You will lead LTP performance, drive cost optimization and ensure regulatory compliance at Airbus plants and FALs.

This role requires deep transport knowledge, supplier collaboration, and Lean project delivery. Based in Toulouse, the position emphasizes international transport expertise, English fluency, and the ability to coordinate with 3PL/4PL

Qualifications

• Background in Transport, Supply Chain, Logistics
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in transport operations, logistics, or supplier management
• Expertise with Airbus operational tools and supplier tools
• Experience with international transport regulations, contract management, and EHS fundamentals
• Project management experience in supply chain transformation and Lean processes
• Fluent English level

Responsabilités

• Oversee inbound/outbound General Cargo transport operations and validate non-routine transport requests to support manufacturing plants and FALs
• Monitor Lead Transport Provider (LTP) performance KPIs and establish corrective action plans for network issues
• Conduct site audits and operational reviews with 3PL/4PL partners to enforce compliance with transport regulations, EHS, and ethics standards
• Execute contract management deliverables including scope change requests, claim resolution, and cost-optimization targets aligned with AOP
• Deploy continuous improvement projects and Lean methods across European road networks
