Job summary

Manhattan Associates, Inc. in Paris seeks a Senior Consultant for PSO, TLM and EEM to lead client implementations of supply chain software.

You will design senior-level solutions, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate interfaces between Manhattan products and external systems with the customer project team during configuration, testing and training. Fluent English and at least one European language are required, with up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization.
• Up to 50% travel required.
• Fluent English plus at least one local European language is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical point of contact throughout implementation of multiple supply chain solutions software packages.
• Provide senior level design for client-specific enhancements and proactively troubleshoot issues during implementation.
• Update and maintain the project issues list and prioritize issues.
• Collaborate with customers to test and implement interfaces between Manhattan products or external systems and work with the customer project team during configuration, testing, and training.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Four-year bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in computer science, engineering, business or related field
• 3-5 years of experience working in a client or customer facing role within a supply chain or software organization
• Up to 50% travel required

For following divisions also requires:

TLM (Transportation Lifecycle Management) & EEM (Extended Enterprise Management) [Senior Consultant, PSO, TLM/EEM]

• 3 years of consulting experience in transportation field

Fluent English plus at least one local European language is required !
