A leading healthcare technology company in Paris is seeking a Senior Tech & Product Recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition Team. This role will involve recruiting top tech talents to support their ambitious product goals. Candidates should have over 5 years of recruiting experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

  • At least 5+ years of experience as a technical recruiter in a fast-growing or scale up environment.
  • Experience with a high growth staff plan in a KPI driven environment.
  • Proven experience in direct talent sourcing techniques and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate a compelling vision.
  • Experience collaborating and influencing tech and product leaders.
  • Strong problem solving skills, with a solutions first approach.
  • Full proficiency in English; German or French language skills are a plus.

  • Recruit top tech talents critical for product roadmap delivery.
  • Drive talent attraction strategies for TA Tech teams.
  • Own the end to end recruitment life cycle.
  • Develop and execute advanced sourcing strategies.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through strategic networking.
  • Drive expectation-setting conversations with data-driven strategies.
  • Advocate for candidates to ensure a great candidate experience.
  • Focus on recruitment operational excellence through metrics.
