Jobtailor is seeking a GDPR–focused data engineering professional in the Île-de-France region to own run-phase activities and drive data integration initiatives. You will analyze requirements, perform impact assessments, and draft precise technical specs while shaping job architecture and best practices.

You will develop Talend jobs, test them thoroughly, and ensure high-quality documentation. Proactive collaboration with security and DevOps teams is expected to maintain compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Talend ETL (v6.4, v7.3).
• Excellent SQL skills (SQL Server 2019).
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Familiarity with Talend Cloud.
• Knowledge of development and security standards.
• Knowledge of DevOps standards.

Overview

Participate in the regulatory compliance efforts of the Data Management Office department. Take ownership of the run-phase activities of the GDPR program. Analyze functional requirements. Conduct impact studies; analyze and estimate proposed solutions. Write detailed technical specifications. Design and define job architecture. Develop Talend jobs and carry out associated technical-functional tests. Implement and enforce development and architecture best practices. Prepare all technical documentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience and knowledge of the Talend ETL tool (v6.4, v7.3)


• Knowledge of development standards


• Knowledge of data quality standards


• Excellent knowledge of SQL environments (SQL Server 2019)


• Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI


• Knowledge of the Java programming language


• Experience with the Talend Cloud environment


• Knowledge of DevOps standards


• Knowledge of security standards
