To lead this effort, we are seeking a Senior Partner in Strategy Consulting. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and executing our strategic vision, building and managing a high-performing consulting team, and delivering impactful projects for key clients.

This position offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape Talan's presence in the Industry & Manufacturing sector. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, client relationship management, and project delivery, with a focus on expanding our global footprint and delivering exceptional value to our clients. Your responsibilities will be organized along 3 dimensions as per below:

Sector Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement strategies to expand Talan's global consulting activities in the Industry & Manufacturing Sector
• Identify and pursue market opportunities to generate new opportunities
• Collaborate with local and international teams to align strategies and initiatives

Client Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients worldwide
• Deeply understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
• Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality services and meeting commitments

Project Delivery and P&L Ownership

• Oversee the content, planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects
• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to guarantee profitability and quality across your Global sector
• Support the recruitment of our teams

The ideal candidate has an academic background from a leading institution in business and/or engineering, including MBA from leading University, and will bring a strong track record in strategy consulting, proven leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of emerging market trends.
