Job summary

Doctolib is seeking a Senior Software Engineer FullStack to join the DOPE team in the Clinical domain. You will work on building features to support doctors and patients, covering prescriptions lifecycle and search, across France and Germany, with a team responsible for millions of prescriptions weekly.

You will collaborate across product, design, and business units, using React, TypeScript, JVM languages, and a cloud-native stack, while upholding security and performance.

• Fullstack software engineering experience with React/TypeScript and JVM stack.
• Experience in building secure, well-tested code and scalable solutions.
• Strong testing culture and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build value for healthcare professionals and patients.
• Design and implement scalable fullstack solutions across React/TypeScript and JVM ecosystem.
• Contribute to code quality via reviews, testing, and improving development practices.

What you'll do

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer FullStack to join the DOPE (Doctor Practice Evolution) team in the Clinical domain.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will help doctors create and deliver all types of prescriptions, covering the full lifecycle from drug prescription creation and renewal to medication search and paramedical care, across France and Germany. Team is also responsible for the creation of more than 2M prescriptions per week.

You will work within a regulatory-heavy environment, collaborate with external drug database providers, and contribute to medication alert features based on patient profiles.

What you'll build

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients
• Design and implement technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our fullstack applications (React, TypeScript, JVM ecosystem)
• Contribute to code quality through reviews, testing, and continuous improvement of our development practices
• Share your expertise and collaborate across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards

• You have fullstack software engineering experience with React/Typescript and the JVM ecosystem (Java, Kotlin, Spring Boot) - Ruby experience is a bonus
