Job summary

Doctolib is hiring a Senior Fullstack Software Engineer in Nantes to join the Business Performance team. You will build features that improve healthcare delivery for professionals and patients across Europe, working in small feature teams with a cloud-native Rails/TypeScript/JVM stack.

You will contribute to architecture decisions, balance speed with reliability, and help raise team proficiency, including AI-assisted development workflows.

Your mission will be to help Doctolib reinforce its position as a leading healthcare technology platform by building high-quality products that improve the daily lives of healthcare professionals and patients. Your impact

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to build features that deliver value to healthcare professionals and patients
• Design and implement technical solutions ensuring performance, security, and usability across our fullstack applications (React, Ruby on Rails, JVM ecosystem)
• Strong design and architecture skills: you contribute to technical decisions, not just implementation
• A track record of balancing delivery speed, reliability, and maintainability under real constraints
• Comfortable with AI-assisted development workflows, and able to help your team raise their own proficiency
• Share your expertise and collaborate across teams to evolve Doctolib's architecture and technical standards
