As a Senior Software Engineer in WSO2’s Customer Success Team, you will ensure the efficient and effective implementation of technical support and consultancy services to WSO2 customers, enabling them to use our solutions for business success.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate innate curiosity, an analytical mindset, and a proactive approach to exploring the unknown.
  • Embrace new challenges with a self-starting attitude, collaborating seamlessly with a global team.
  • Take ownership of intricate technical problems, steering them to resolution individually and effectively collaborating with the engineering team during escalations.
  • Exhibit an amiable personality, coupled with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, showcasing sensitivity to the diverse cultures within WSO2's global customer base.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to enhance product and overall technical designs.
  • Actively contribute to both technical and non-technical discussions through email and in-person interactions.
  • Provide technical leadership to a small team, delegate tasks, and ensure follow-up on assigned work.
  • Collaborate with extended teams — including engineering, pre-sales, marketing, and sales — on product and customer-related activities.
  • Deliver technical consultancy and training on WSO2 technologies and products for our customers.
  • Maintain flexible working hours to accommodate the dynamic needs of customers.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering with over three years of industry experience.
  • Language skills in French and English.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Programming skills in Java.
  • Experience in and knowledge of enterprise technologies, e.g., API management, enterprise integration, and identity and access management.
  • An effective communicator with an amiable personality and a passion for building business relationships.
  • Experience in WSO2’s solutions will be an added advantage.
  • Authorization to work within the EU.
