Ampere, a semiconductor design company, seeks a Sr. Principal SoC Power Management Architect to drive SoC-level power management architecture and partner with product teams to meet power, performance and energy targets.

You will lead cross-functional efforts with firmware and verification teams, translating business goals into implementable power strategies and ensuring robust, data-driven decisions across IP and subsystems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven power architecture and SoC low-power expertise.
• RTL-level design and verification constraints familiarity.
• Power optimization with measured results to improve SoC/IP power-saving.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end power management architecture translating goals into SoC/IP requirements.
• Drive SoC and subsystem power management architecture with product teams.
• Assess IP power capabilities and define new features from data analysis.
• Make HW/SW/FW trade-offs for feasible, performant power solutions.
• Provide architectural direction and lead reviews toward roadmap decisions.
• Enable HW-SW codesign with firmware developers to match architecture.
• Guide pre- and post-verification teams to deliver high-quality architecture docs and Si.
