Job summary

IntelligenzIT is seeking a Security/Penetration Test Engineer fluent in English to join our Development team in France. The role may be based in the company premises or at customer sites in France, with close collaboration to a major client’s IT team.

You will perform thorough penetration tests across web, mobile and desktop applications, conduct SAST/DAST, and provide remediation guidance while documenting results for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT security services.
• Experience with penetration testing across web, mobile, and thick clients beyond automated tools.
• Experience consulting in highly confidential environments.
• Experience with SAST: SonarQube, OWASP, FortifySCA, NVD.
• Experience with DAST and pen tests: Fortify WebInspect, OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Kali Linux.
• Experience with dependencies and containers tests: GitHub Advanced Security, JFrog XRay, JFrog Curation, Advanced Cluster Security.
• Ability to analyze and report security findings in writing.
• Industry certifications (GPEN, GWAPT, CEH, CSSLP, OSCP, CREST, etc.) are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and assess cybersecurity vulnerabilities.
• Identify attack vectors, demonstrate exploitation of vulnerabilities.
• Test systems and operations for regulatory compliance.
• Develop and select penetration testing techniques.
• Organise test plans and procedures for penetration testing.
• Establish procedures for result analysis and reporting.
• Document and report penetration testing results to stakeholders.
• Deploy penetration testing tools and test programs.
• Security source code review or development experience in C/C++, C#, VB.NET, ASP or Java.
• Identify security risk level and remediation plan.
• Perform code security analysis using tests to identify vulnerabilities.
• Draft security test cases based on requirements.
