Job summary

• 8–10 years' proven experience in formulation and targeted drug delivery within pharma/biotech.

• Lead drug delivery innovation projects and non-clinical formulation activities.
• Plan, execute and supervise laboratory work with potential subcontractors.
• Collaborate with DMPK, in vivo, medicinal chemistry, and CMC teams to ensure timely delivery.
