Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP OTC Consultant to design, implement, and support SAP OTC solutions across client environments. You will lead configuration of Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management, and ensure smooth integration with ERP/CRM/BW systems.

The role requires 8–10 years of SAP OTC experience, strong analytical skills, and excellent English communication. Travel to client sites is expected in a dynamic, consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in SAP OTC and related processes.
• Experience in SAP OTC implementation projects in a consulting environment.
• Fluent in English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Solution design: analyze client requirements to develop SAP OTC solutions.
• Implementation: lead or participate in SAP OTC projects with quality delivery.
• Configuration: set up Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management.
• Integration: connect SAP OTC with ERP/CRM/BW and third-party systems.
• Testing: create and run test cases for SAP OTC functionality and data accuracy.
• Support: provide ongoing client support for SAP OTC issues.
• Knowledge sharing: contribute to team knowledge and best practices.
