TotalEnergies is seeking a Senior Reservoir Engineer to join the Integrated Studies - Reservoir Engineering team in France. You will validate data, coordinate simulation studies, and perform dynamic data synthesis and upscaling, while collaborating with geophysicists and geologists to optimize reservoir models and forecasts.

The role emphasizes autonomy, advanced simulation methodologies, and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD in reservoir engineering or O&G.
• 10–15 years of proven experience in reservoir engineering with exposure to reservoir simulation.
• Autonomy in reservoir engineering with cross-discipline exposure.

Responsabilités

• Validate reservoir data (static and dynamic) for evaluation of discoveries and fields.
• Coordinate specialty studies for building reservoir simulations.
• Perform dynamic data synthesis and upscaling steps; run reservoir simulations with geophysicists & geologists.
• Rank uncertainties and conduct uncertainty studies; guarantee reserves and forecasts.
