C12 Quantum Electronics, based in Paris, is building a hybrid quantum processor using spin qubits in carbon nanotubes and cQED architectures. The Qubit Control team designs and optimizes quantum experiments, developing scalable workflows and close collaboration with theory and software groups to push toward a scalable QPU.

The role blends physics, engineering, and software to achieve reproducibility, automation, and higher device performance in a fast-growing lab setting.

Qualifications

• PhD in quantum physics or closely related discipline; post‑doc or industry experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with quantum experiments, including qubits and related techniques.
• Fluency in Python for experimental control, data processing, and tool building.

Responsabilités

• Design, calibrate, and optimize DC and microwave experiments in dilution cryostats with advanced electronics.
• Develop scalable measurement and analysis workflows that are well documented and reproducible.
• Sustain a feedback loop with engineering to improve device performance.
