Filigran SAS is searching for a Senior Software Engineer to improve quality practices across products. You will lead CI/CD efforts and tooling development in a proactive environment.

This role requires 7-12 years of experience in software engineering with demonstrated expertise in test strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and software quality metrics.

As part of a fast-growing, remote-first company, you'll work collaboratively with teams to integrate quality standards into their workflows.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on quality engineering and CI/CD.
• Deep expertise in test strategy and architecture.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines at scale.
• Comfortable across a polyglot stack: TypeScript/React, Node.js/Java, Python.
• Experience with modern test tooling.

Responsabilités

• Audit current test coverage and CI pipelines, prioritizing improvements.
• Define test strategy for unit, integration, E2E testing.
• Lead standardization of CI/CD pipelines.
• Build shared testing tools and libraries.
• Introduce performance/load testing practices.
